(Minimum age 15 years old) The space For the comfort of our guests, the cabin includes: - 1 Queen size double bed, bathtub, TV, and air conditioning; - Kitchen with minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, coffee maker, wine glasses, pots, dishes, and utensils; - Dining area with a table and 2 chairs; - 1 Social bathroom; - Balcony with an incredible view; - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space. The chalet is located on private property amidst the native forest of the São Paulo mountain range, an incredible place for days of rest and leisure. Enjoy all the tranquility of being immersed in nature, with the convenience of being just a 16-minute drive from the center of Capivari, which has several shopping and service options. * We provide breakfast included in the daily rate, delivered to the chalet from 8:30 am. The basket is left hanging outside the door and needs to be returned by 1pm for interruption the next day. - Basket items: 2 slices of wholemeal bread 2 toasts 2 sachets of butter (blister) 2 sachets of jellies (blister) 1 sachet of honey (blister) 2 box juices 2 chocolate drinks - In addition, there are consumable items available in the chalet (paid separately via pix directly to the host). * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
