Born in Holly Springs, Kate Freeman Clark was an accomplished plein-aire painter who studied with many of the world-class art masters of the day. This beautiful upstairs suite is dedicated to her because of the light that pours in through the curtains. Guest access There are two places to park, one just to the back of the Inn in front of the gated patio, and a second larger space behind the Hummingbird Cottage with a long drive in gate. Other things to note Every room at the inn includes wifi, cable, and breakfast. A simpler breakfast is served 8-9 am Monday through Friday with a hot traditional breakfast served on Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 am. Hummingbird Cottage guests may either join us in the main house, or have breakfast delivered to the cottage.
