This home sits on over a acre of ground with trees mostly Pecan and Walnut scattered through out the property. The home is close to the St Louis Zoo, Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Lambert Airport, Cahokia Mounds, Mississippi River, Eckert's Orchard and Scott Air Force Base. Built in the mid 50's it has been completely renovated and everything is brand new .The basement is all brick walls and is pretty darn cool. The home sits on the edge of Belleville city limits and has great neighbors. The space The house is super clean as my wife is the cleaner upper. It just has been renovated and has a vintage theme through out with lots of nice old antique furniture. The house is supper warm in the winter months and super cool in the summer. Their is a bike trail right across the street which is great for biking or walking. Two nature parks close by which are kept up very nice. The yard is always kept up in great shape and their is plenty of off street parking for vehicles and trailers. My wife raises chickens so we always have fresh eggs if guests ask. This is a nice location to stay while you are in the area. Guest access Has a nice attached porch easy in easy out, Guests let themselves in on their own i do not need to be there. Other things to note This was my first home i bought when i was 25 years old and still own it now 35 years later. Their is what they call Metro link 5 minutes from this home. Park your car and ride the train to downtown St Louis all the way to Lambert Airport and back. Also under the carport are some vintage gliders which are real cool. Retired fella next door he takes care of the yard.
