Welcome to our Luxurious 2 bedroom located in Menlo Park! Our unit is situated in the luxurious Anton Menlo Apartments, which boasts a range of amenities for our guests to enjoy during their stay. Our unit features a spacious and fully furnished living area, two comfortable bedrooms both with queen size bed, a pair of modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare your favorite meals. The space The Anton Menlo Apartments offer a range of amenities that include a fitness center, a resort-style pool & spa, (pool is not heated) a community lounge, and outdoor grilling areas. Our guests can also take advantage of the on-site dog park, and bike storage. Guest access Guest can access all common areas of the apartment amenities, Please note that 10pm is curfew and start of quiet hours until 8am. Other things to note Please note that our Airbnb has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment, including on the balcony or patio. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a $250 fine. Additionally, please be aware that early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to an additional fee of $100 each. We kindly ask that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times, as we may have other guests arriving or departing on the same day. There is assigned parking upon arrival. Please provide license , plate, make model and state of your vehicle. If an extra spot is needed there is $10 charge per day. Shared Amenities (Pool, Spa, etc.) These communal facilities are managed by the building owners/association. We do not control their operation, maintenance, or availability. Any issues, closures, or changes are handled by building management, and hosts are not responsible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding these policies.
