The Poet’s House - coastal views retreat

Our house is centrally located with views over Ōamaru and out to sea. It’s a short walk down the hill to the historic precinct area where you will find cafes and restaurants, unique gift shopping, artist-run galleries/studios, the penguin colony (Ōamaru Penguins), the Ōamaru Farmers’ Market (Sunday mornings), and the end of the Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail. The space Our property is an older, much loved house decorated in a calming colour palette. An eclectic mix of vintage and contemporary furniture and art add character and charm to the space. Guest access Guests have access to: Kitchen Dining Room Lounge Guest Bedroom (queen bed) Bathroom (bath, toilet) Laundry area (shower, toilet, washing machine) Other things to note I use the onsite garage as a painting studio during normal working hours, Monday - Friday. It is a self contained space situated away from the house.
