Parking: The unit has a reserved parking slot. However, you may also use any available parking slots within the complex. 2. Residence Pool and Fitness Center: The condominium pool and fitness center are separate from the hotel. It is located on the 2nd floor of the residences, facing Samal Island. Strictly, only the two guests (including children) may use the pool for free for a maximum of 2 hours per day. They simply need to inform the Residence Concierge about the time they wish to use the facilities. Since the Residence has its own exclusive facilities, guests cannot access the hotel pool and fitness center. Residential Amenities Schedule Monday - 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday to Sunday- 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Please note that the schedule may change without prior notice from the condominium administration) 3. Hotel Amenities: The unit, Avant Suites, is privately owned and not operated by Dusit Thani Hotel. However, you can still access the hotel's cafe and restaurant at your own expense. Charges cannot be billed to the room. Other things to note Reminders for guests: 1. Furniture Care: Please use coasters for glasses and mugs to prevent damage to the furniture. 2. You may call the concierge using the room phone by dialing 5410 for other concerns such as pool reservation, maintenance, trash disposal, and taxi-hailing. 3. The wifi for the room is “Avant Suite” with password: DusitThani! 4. Please turn-off the air conditioning unit when you leave the room, as it does not automatically turn-off when the RFID keys are removed. 5. Strictly No Smoking inside the unit. This is in accordance with the Davao City ordinance. 6. We clean the unit thoroughly after each guest. However, we do NOT do daily housekeeping of the unit for stays less than 1 week. We also do not replenish or replace the towels for short term stays.
