Rose & Crown House B&B, King Room 1

Room 1 is a pretty en-suite guest room with a king-size bed in a village location. The price quoted includes full English breakfast. It is conveniently located for Alton Towers, Uttoxeter Racecourse and the stunning Southern Peak District, with a wealth of walks from the doorstep and only 2 miles from the picturesque market town of Ashbourne with its attractive streets and cobbled alleys. The space We have three bed and breakfast rooms. Guests have a dedicated front door separate from the owners’ accommodation and you are free to come and go as you please. We offer a full English breakfast to start your day and guests have use of the dining room until 9pm. The room has a fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery so you are welcome to order a takeaway or pick up a ready meal (M&S Simply Food is under 2 miles away) and heat it up in the comfort of the home. We’ll even do your washing up for you! Guest access Each of our three rooms has a private en-suite bathroom. The front door, stairs, landing and dining room are shared with other guests. During your stay The owners live on-site in an attached, separate home. We can be contacted by phone. Other things to note Rose and Crown House was once a coaching inn and is now our lovely family home. Room 1 is situated at the front of the building on the roadside. There is secondary glazing in the bedroom which alleviates any road noise.
