Fully equipped vacation home within a beautiful resort complex close to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, restaurants, wineries, and more! Enjoy all resort amenities included with your stay (pool, tennis, etc.) and escape to a quiet night at the end of an action-packed day! End the night stargazing fireside on the private deck. Swim in the heated pool, enjoy the numerous bike trails, have some ice cream from the reception area, and so much more! The space THE SPACE: 3 bedrooms + sofa bed (6 beds total) with bedding included. Please check under the “amenities” section for everything included. This is a private unit with full deck, fire pit, and included resort access to all amenities! WIFI/TV: Wifi is included and available throughout the cottage. The tv is equipped with a fire stick and the remote offers access to Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. Please log in with your credentials and remember to log out before leaving. Guest access Full access to the entire unit, including deck and fire pit, and all resort features (pools, park, playground, and more). Other things to note New to the area? Reach out to me for local recommendations! ARRIVAL: Please note any arrivals after 7pm will require special access to open the resort gate, as the front desk will be closed. Please inform me if you will be arriving after 7pm so I can grant you access. PARKING: Parking is directly in front of the cottage unit. Please note pricing includes parking for 1 car per night. Any additional vehicles will be charged $50/night by the resort front desk. Please note that the cottage can accommodate 6 guests, however the resort has a strict rule of accommodating a maximum of 4 adults in the cottage. AMENITIES: The pool opens at 8am daily and splash pad opens at 12pm noon daily. Both close following sunset (dusk). Tennis rackets are available at the front desk — there is a $20 deposit which will be returned to you when you return the rackets. Bike rentals are located at the front gate — there is a QR code to scan and you can rent them from Zoom Leisure. It is first come first serve.
