Whether you’re curling up with a novel or starting your morning with the perfect brew, our coffee and tea bar has everything you need to make your stay special...Just 5 minutes from Kingston, 15 from New Paltz, and 25 from Rhinebeck, this is the perfect escape. And if you fall in love with a book, it’s yours to take home! Dogs need to be preapproved. The space We are a beautifully renovated 1800s barn with two spacious stories of charm and comfort. This unique retreat features two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and another designed for cozy gatherings, offering two full-over-twin bunk beds (1 is firm and 1 is softer) a dedicated reading nook, and comfortable seating. Start your mornings with a fresh brew from the fully stocked coffee bar and rest easy knowing that if you’ve forgotten a toothbrush or other essentials, we’ve likely got you covered. Guest access We do have an assortment of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (Soda, seltzer, water) available for our guests. If you are bringing a child with a food allergy, please advise me so I can remove any snacks that might be a problem. Other things to note The house features three televisions, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for gathering with 8-10 people, making it ideal for shared meals and memorable conversations. We are fully stocked with board games and card games as well. The barn is located in a very quiet area, on a dead end street. Base rate covers up to 4 guests; $35/night per additional guest up to 8 total.
