Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located lake house. Great place for fishermen to stay for tournaments or a nice vacation spot. 2 story, 2 boat slip dock. 1 boat lift. Private area. Nice, covered patio with tv, and firepit. Grills available upon request. Lots of privacy. 2nd story of dock has 4 cushioned lounge chairs and gas fire pit. Absolutely no jumping off of top deck!!! Not only is it against DNR rules, but the water is too shallow for jumping. The space Located on Little River, SC between Savannah River and Baker Creek. Very unique lot with wonderful views of the lake. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open concept kitchen and living area. Master bedroom & bathroom on one end of the house. Kitchen and living area are in the middle section of house. 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the other end of house. The 2 bedrooms have 2 full size beds each and the Master Bedroom has a king size adjustable bed as well as a daybed. Trash service, WiFi, cable. Public golf courses near by.
