Live aboard a 10m sailboat. In the Marina overlooking the Tagus River. The space Sailboat of 10 m by 3 m, equipped with: - a double bed or two single beds. - WC (hot shower in the Marina facilities' bathhouse. - Kitchenette in the living room equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee machine (Delta capsules), kettle, toaster, etc. - The vessel's well is functioning as a covered patio with a dining table and two chairs. Guest access Guests have access to the Marina (card with a cost of €25, refunded on delivery) and the rented vessel, as well as the Marina's bathrooms. Other things to note The rental is seasonal, from September 15 to June 15, 2024, and is intended for teachers. If you are not a teacher, I will not rent.
