The space Nestled in a quiet and private roost just above campus, you will find a place to wind down and relax after a WCU visit or a day enjoying the western NC region. "Study Hall" is situated .03 miles away from upper campus and just a 3-minute drive to the very center of the WCU Campus. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors, most of whom are retired or current WCU professors. Your closest neighbors are the upperclassmen students in the lower apartment portion of the home. • Internet: Please note that while we provide high-speed Wi-Fi, the rural location may sometimes affect the internet speed. • Our no-smoking and no-party policy is in place for all tenants to preserve this home's tranquil atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the upper level of the home. Please note that there are full-time tenants in the bottom unit and that the stairs on either side of the home, the storage units, and the side and back yard are off-limits to our valued Airbnb guests. Other things to note Pets: • We love our dogs! A maximum of two well-mannered, mature (2+ years old) dogs are welcome at Study Hall. • A pet fee of $50 per pet will be applied to your stay. All pets must be registered at the time of reservation. • We can’t keep ours off the couch either so have supplied couch covers to use for our best friends. Please no pups on beds (white linens) or on the living room throws. You should plan to bring all your woofer's favorite items such as bowls, beds and toys. Sorry, absolutely no cats for severe allergy reasons. • We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning/repair/unregistered pet fees post checkout if our four-legged guest’s visit results in excessive cleaning (hair and/or stains), repair work, or for undisclosed pet(s) Doggie guests must NOT be: • Out of control (excessive barking, allowed off leash, etc.) • Un-housebroken (pee pads are not permissible) • Left alone at the listing without prior approval • Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest including the back yard. The backyard is for the private use of the garden tenants. • Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s direct control Kindly Remember: • No Parties • No unregistered guests or pets • No smoking or vaping • Please respect the privacy of the lower unit tenants and do not walk down the stairs on the sides of the house or into the backyard. Fines start at $500 for any rules broken.
