This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small hamlet nestled in the Creus hills, surrounded by nature, a beautiful stone house awaits you with its beautiful garden, 5 bedrooms and a very large living room. A wonderful little beach (supervised in summer) on a river is 2 steps away, below. You'll be there in a 3-minute drive, but it's also a 20-minute walk away by a shaded hiking trail. The space The house is 500m above sea level and is made of stone. So it stays cool even in hot weather. The house does NOT HAVE WiFi and is NOT connected to the internet. However, 4G is available with a suitable reception for all operators. TV is NOT AVAILABLE except in a bedroom on the second floor. The house consists of the following rooms: - 1 bedroom with a bed 160 x 200 cm (very recent bedding) - 3 bedrooms with a 140x190cm bed (very recent bedding) - 1 bedroom with a bed 140x190cm (antique bedding) + 2 bunk beds (recent bedding) - 1 bathroom - 1 kitchen in which you can easily eat for 6 people - 1 first living room adjacent to the kitchen - 1 second very large living room (>40m²) in which you can eat all together and which also serves as a game room or screening room (1 projector is available as well as games for children of all ages) Outside: - 1 garden of about 1000m² in which you can eat - 1 large directly adjoining lot, about 4000m² (which will not necessarily be mowed, except in some places for easy movement) - 1 parking space that can accommodate 3 cars Last thing: this is a second home. It has been recently renovated (2022), is clean and has all the comforts in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. However, it remains A COUNTRY HOUSE and does not claim to be "luxurious"! Other things to note As stated in the listing description, the house is not connected to the internet and therefore does NOT HAVE WiFi. Neither is there a TV (except in one room). This is a secondary residence. It has been recently renovated (2022), is clean and has all the comforts in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. However, it remains A COUNTRY HOUSE and does not claim to be "luxurious"!
