Lyons Lair

A cozy, comfortable retreat tucked into the basement level of our family home. When you stay here, you’ll be within easy walking distance of downtown Lyons, beautiful local parks (Bohn and Lavern Johnson Parks), the North and South St. Vrain Rivers, beloved music venues like Oskar Blues, MainStage, and Planet Bluegrass, and fantastic eateries like Lyons Locale, Marigolds, Mojo's, and Tasty Bites to name a few. The space The Lyons Nest is a private, one-bedroom, one-bath (full) space with its own full kitchen, reliable internet, and a washer and dryer, making your stay easy and stress-free. It’s the perfect home base for RockyGrass, Folks Festival, weddings, or a relaxing getaway in the foothills and Rocky Mountain National Park. Guest access The access to the basement is off Ewald Avenue through the sliding glass door. You may park your vehicle on either road or in the driveway, off of Prospect St, on the left side of the driveway. Other things to note Hot water and heating are provided for your comfort. The main thermostat is located upstairs, so if you’re feeling chilly, just let me know and I’ll be happy to adjust it for you. There’s also a portable space heater available if you’d like extra warmth. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower head. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that there be no smoking of any kind (including tobacco or marijuana) inside the house. You’re welcome to smoke outside.
