Guests will have full private access to the home during their stay. Parking: Guests may park one vehicle in the garage. The owner stores a personal vehicle in the garage for their visits, so garage space is limited to one guest car. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the expansive driveway. The garage is available for guest use... however, if your vehicle is excessively dirty or muddy from your adventures, we kindly ask that you park outside to help keep the space clean for future guests. We believe in giving our guests the privacy to enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we do have a team available 24/7 for any urgent needs. HOT TUB CARE & PEACE OF MIND Your relaxation comes first. Unlike many vacation rentals, our hot tub is fully drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival. This extra step ensures a consistently clean, sanitary soaking experience—so you can unwind, enjoy the mountain views, and relax with complete confidence. The garage accommodates one guest vehicle. The homeowner keeps a personal vehicle stored in the garage during their visits. Additional guest vehicles may park in the expansive driveway. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help coordinate parking if you have questions prior to arrival. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free. In general, please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our rules, the neighbors, and our local community here at the base of the Tetons. :: The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. :: Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. :: NO EVENTS ALLOWED (No parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). :: NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the decks. Please dispose of butts appropriately. If any are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. :: Please turn all exterior lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. :: Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. :: Maximum of three (3) licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for: smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Teton Reserve Getting around is easiest with a car, as public transportation is limited in Teton Valley. From the home, you’re about 6 minutes from Victor and 10 minutes from Driggs for dining, groceries, and local shops. Grand Targhee Ski Resort is approximately 32 minutes away, while Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is about a 40-minute drive over Teton Pass. Grand Teton National Park is roughly 46 minutes away, and Yellowstone National Park’s West Entrance is about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car. For air travel, Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is approximately 55 minutes away, and Idaho Falls Airport (IDA) is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Teton Valley also offers incredible hiking, skiing, and scenic drives right outside the parks, making it an ideal base for exploring the quieter side of the Tetons.
