Modern and comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in a great location. Feel at home in this bright and airy apartment that is in one of Medellin best neighborhoods. Get a feel of the real Medellin and its people, while enjoying home comforts. Only 2 minutes walk from la 70 boulevard and all it bars and cafes, and 2 minutes in the other direction to Uni centro shopping mall, this really is a great part of town. The space This two bedroom apartment offers all you need to enjoy your stay in Medellin. The spacious lounge has a large super comfortable sofa that might make you want to stay in more than you should.Especially if your watching TV on the 40 inch smart tv. The dining table for 4 people allows you to eat while enjoying the cool breeze from the balcony, or if you simply want to work on your computer at the table then you have lots of light. The balcony has a big patio door that you can leave open to allow the nice breeze in. The balcony has plenty space for two chairs if you want to sit outside and enjoy the warm Medellin weather .The kitchen is small but has all the essentials you need to rustle up a nice meal. Microwave , coffeemaker , toaster , kettle blender etc .However I don't have an oven. The kitchen is separated from the lounge but you can still watch the tv while you are cooking.Along the hall way is the first bedroom which is spacious with a very small balcony and en suite bathroom. The modern closet has lots of space for all your clothes and the comfy bed will ensure you sleep like a baby. The second bedroom again has a comfy bed and plenty of closet space. Also there is a large desk for working if you need. The bathroom for this room is outside the bedroom. Both rooms are at the back of the apartment and quiet. Both bathrooms have hot showers and are modern. There will be some street noise in lounge during the day but its very quiet at night. There is no noise in the bedrooms Guest access The apartment is your to use with all the amenities ,fast internet , washing machine , microwave ,fridge, clean sheets , towels , coffee maker etc make yourself at home . Other things to note NO CHECK INS AFTER 9pm The apartment is in a quiet building , if your looking to party and make a lot of noise then this place is NOT for you. There is no security guard on the entrance, however you must lock the door and gate as you leave and enter. I don't have an oven only electric hob. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator . I am always willing to help carry your luggage if you need. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and is very quiet, however there is some street noise during the day when you are in the lounge.
