Welcome to this newly renovated attic with a fantastic, beachfront location on Drottninggatan. Here you can sunbathe and swim, take lovely forest walks to both Sofiero and the city center, and enjoy a pleasant nightlife along the beach promenade. The space The apartment consists of four bedrooms (sleeps 6), kitchen with sea view, living room, bathroom, and guest toilet. Laundry facilities are available. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge, freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and dining table. There are other rental units in the house. Be considerate of other guests in the house by keeping the noise level down. In the evening, you can enjoy the evening sun with sea views on the common patio in the garden. Guest access It is not allowed to invite other guests! Other things to note There are a number of adult bicycles that can be rented, costing SEK 100/day (may be booked). Also 2 kayaks are available for rent (but can be booked) SEK 200/day. Let us know if you're interested! There are other guests in the house, so please respect this by keeping the noise down.
