My little house is an old house that I renovated with a lot of love. I did everything with my own hands, and I'm always working to improve it. It is very close to the center of Verbania and Lake Maggiore, but it is secluded and very quiet. It is ideal for a couple, a large family, or two small families, up to a maximum of 7 people. On the ground floor there is a separate room with a full bathroom ideal for 3 people, you must request its use The space On the first floor, an apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom with toilet and stone sink, living room and double bedroom with shower and sink. New house completely renovated, the TV in the room is a Smart TV with satellite and the possibility to connect your own APP from home. All the chandeliers in the house allow you to connect with Bluetooth to listen to your own music, or change the lights in many ways, to create a personal environment. On the ground floor, the independent room with bathroom allows 2 families to vacation together but with privacy, and is furnished in a special way. Guest access The house is entirely available, the two terraces and the small parking lot, very convenient for unloading luggage, and if the car is small it can remain parked. The ground floor room is accessible to everyone, it has no steps. Other things to note The tourist tax is mandatory under Italian law, which is equivalent to €1 per night per person over 6 years of age, to be paid upon arrival and to show your documents immediately. A small pet accustomed to staying indoors is allowed at an additional cost of 10 euros per night. When requested, heating is paid extra by calculating the consumption at 1 euro per kwatt. The ground floor room has 3 beds and a full bathroom. It is considered separately in the reservation and the use is considered separately, so it must be specified if you want it so it is prepared.
