My little house is an old house that I renovated with so much love. I've done everything with my hands, and I always work to improve it. It is very close to the center of Verbania and Lake Maggiore ,but it is secluded and very quiet. It is ideal for both a couple and a large family or two small families up to a maximum of 7 people in the living room there is a French sofa bed. On the ground floor there is an independent room with a full bathroom ideal for 3 people, you must request its use The space On the first floor apartment with full kitchen, bathroom with toilet and stone sink, living room and double bedroom with shower and sink. New house completely renovated, the TV in the living room is a Smart TV with satellite and the possibility of connecting your APP from home. All the chandeliers in the house allow you to connect with Bluetooth to hear your own music, or change the lights in a lot of ways, to create a personal environment. On the ground floor, the autonomous room with bathroom, allows 2 families to take the vacation together but with privacy, and is furnished in a particular way. Guest access The house is entirely available, the two terraces and the small parking lot, very convenient for unloading luggage, and if the car is small it can remain parked. The ground floor room is accessible to everyone, it has no steps. Other things to note It is mandatory for Italian law the tourist tax, which is equivalent to 1 euro per night per person over the age of 6 years, to be paid on arrival and to show your documents immediately. A small pet is allowed, accustomed to staying in the house at an additional cost of 10 euros per night. When requested, the heating is paid extra by calculating the consumption at €1 per kwatt.
