Super and spacious two-bedroom two, two-bathroom unit in exclusive Coral Ridge neighborhood. Our complex is a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Lauderdale by the Sea Beaches. It is only a short drive from Las Olas, Galleria Mall, and great restaurants and bars. This large apartment was tailor-made with your needs in mind. Enjoy the full-size kitchen, which is Coastal furnished with a great pool to soak up Florida's Sunshine while relaxing. The space Our spacious and comfortable Deluxe 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, making it the perfect place for any occasion: a friend, a work trip, and reunions. The main bedroom has a comfy king mattress and a smart TV for your day of watching your streaming apps. It has two closets and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two comfortable queen-size beds, a small closet, and a smart TV. The TV room has a comfortable full-size pull-out couch, a table that accommodates 4, and a work desk for those working remotely. Your unit has a full kitchen to make shopping a pleasure. Pots and pans are available. While staying with us, you won't worry about the grueling heat of South Florida since all units have Central A/C that you can control. The building has a lovely pool in the front to hang out and soak up the sun. An elevator and parking is included for easy access to units on all floors. For your security, we have a 24/7 camera system installed on the exterior of the building, as well as smart locks in each door to keep you and all your belongings safe at all times and make your check-in process as easy and smooth as possible. Guest access The guest will have access to their room, the communal areas such as the laundry room and pool, and one parking space per room. Other things to note ****** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ****** The virtual reception is open 24/7 via phone and message: Contactless (self) check-in and check-out. Before check-in, you must sign an online "terms & conditions" form separate from Airbnb and send a copy of your ID. This is our virtual registration form. Please note that this is a multi-unit listing. The room type being rented is not a specific unit number. Our multiple units have identical layouts and the same furniture and amenities. However, there may be very slight differences in detail, such as the coffee table, the color of the couch, and the linen. All units have been uniquely and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property. We love our furry friends, but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied by a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents themself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM (No Loud noise or music) We service our units using the Airbnb/Apartment-Style Model. We do not offer regular hotel amenities or traditional housekeeping services. We set up our units with all the essentials so that our guests can start their stay. As products are needed, our guests replenish them from local markets. On-site washers/dryers are offered to maintain personal and accommodation linen. Extra cleaning services are available at a surcharge. Because of South Florida's tropical climate, we perform monthly fumigation services every once a month with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked, and as a precautionary measure, we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease the chances of outsider insects from accessing units. Due to our area's humidity, we highly encourage you to keep all windows/doors closed with the airconditioner set to auto no higher than 75 degrees to avoid moisture. No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment) The host reserves the right to enter the unit for emergencies and service orders with previous notice to the guests. The pool is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
