The house is located in the historic center of Semproniano, a small village nestled in the green Maremma hills, halfway between the Argentario sea and the mountain area of Monte Amiata, just 10 minutes from the Terme di Saturnia and a short distance from the "Tuff Villages" Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana. Guest access Guests naturally have access to the entire house. It can be accessed comfortably independently via the external safe, by entering the code as shown in the Check-in instructions. Other things to note The house is located in the historic center of the village, and cannot be reached by car but only on foot, or by motorcycle via a back street. To reach it you need to climb a small staircase if you come from the central square. The car parks are not a problem, they are all free and are located a short distance from the house.
