Description

Recently updated historic bungalow in the heart of Ogden. Historic 25th street is just a short walk. Multiple trailheads within 5 minute drive. Incredible ski resorts and reservoir within 25- 30 minute drive. Super comfortable beds, both with adjustable bases. Hot tub, patio and chickens in the backyard, you can even enjoy some fresh eggs during your stay. Wonderful front porch and beautiful windows! This is our beloved home but we would love to share it with others when we are traveling. The space I do have a small apartment in my basement with a long term renter but it has a separate entrance and you will most likely not see/interact with the renter with the exception of maybe seeing her outside the home as she is helping with some things in the yard and taking care of the chickens. I also have a 3rd bedroom in the rental where we are storing our things so that bedroom will be locked/not accessible to guests. Other things to note NO PARTIES!! No smoking or vaping in the home!
