"ZenDenZ" is proud to announce another property ! This 'arty' cool, comfy space was designed with well-being in mind. Come chillax or spend the days exploring! Or both! :) Note: there is a basement unit of this property where the owner sometimes stays with a service dog. There is a completely separate entrance and a locked door that separates the 2 spaces. The main floor and upstairs space is private and all for our guests to enjoy. The space Very quiet home on the end of a dead-end street with access to Brady Lake. There are lots of books are here as well as a fully functioning kitchen and specially designed outdoor spaces. Come sit by the firepit and listen to the many many species of birds that love this space as much as we do! Reverse Osmosis water system. Runs through the fridge so ice is also purified. Towners Woods is a mile and a half away. Kent State University is 3 miles away. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 15-20 miles away. We are also about 20-25 minutes from Akron and 40-50 minutes from Cleveland. Guest access All open rooms are for our guests! We do request that guests stay out of the spaces that have an X on the door knob. Please respect our space :) The backyard, deck, and grill are there for our guests to enjoy. Other things to note Swim, hike, bike.....Brady Lake is less than .2 mile walk from here. You can use the kayak as well as the 2 bikes. The hike and bike path is less than .3 miles. I have a service dog that is in the basement unit when I am there. Your pet is welcome here.
