Opposite kitchen two sofas/bunk beds that can turn into double beds at the bottom. Livingroom sofa is a bed sofa. Airbed. Guest access The entire boat house Other things to note During low season a caravan is stored inside the house. But with curtains and fabric it is not that much of disturbance. There is plenty of room anyway. Maybe juat a bit less welcoming directly inside the door. But second "bedroom" actually gets more private thanks to the caravan. Important that you clean properly after yourself, put away all kitchen ware and clean the tables and bathroom and vacum clean and mopp. And also throw away the garbage outside in the trash bin. And turn down the heating to 10 degrees during low season. Thank you!
