Beautiful Beach House - Xai Xai Eco Estate Nr 5

House nr 5 at Xai Xai Exo Estate is called House Hineni. It was bought with a vision to provide a peaceful, spacious house as resting and restoration home away from home. Hineni means Here Am I, send me! Hineni is a beach house with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Walking distance from the beach and close to many restaurants and other areas to explore. We also own house nr 3 with the name: Hosannah. You are welcome to stay at any of these two beautiful homes. The space House 5 (House Hineni) is a three bedroom house with a spacious lounge and kitchen area. The outside area consists of a beautiful barbeque area around the swimming pool with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny weather all year around. House 3 (house Hosanna) is a four bedroom house with sleeping space for 11 people. Guest access You will have the whole house for your use! They keys of the house will be at reception. Our Housekeepers name is Hercio and he will be available to help you unload the car and help you wherever possiblele. You do not need a 4x4 to get to the house. From Xai Xai town drive to the Praia de Xai Xai (beach road) and with the sea on your right side drive past many other beautiful Estates until you get to Xai Xai Eco estate for an unforgettable time with us! Other things to note We have two DSTV dishes and the local one will be working automatically but for the South African DSTV dish, you need to bring your own PVR. At house 5 we do have a PVR and we will activate it for you for your stay. When you book during December and April holidays a minimum of 7 days are required unless your booking is directly before or after a booking already made and accepted. Please note that we have house service available @ R 100 per day and a post departure cleaning fee of R 500. This has to be paid at reception at arrival.
