Our space has a mini kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, grill, and microwave, as well as a living room with a SMART TV, counter, table with 4 chairs, queen-size bed, and sofa bed for 2 more people. We have exclusive Wi-Fi. Just perfect! Come in 🌹🥰 The space NEW Loft 309 apartment, completely renovated and with ocean views. Guest access The guest has free access to the rooftop pool with a spectacular view of all of Prainha! Pool opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sauna: upon request There is also a lobby at the reception with several sofas and a TV. (Wi-Fi available) Other things to note - Our price includes bed and bath linens only for the couple. (no change) If you want a new kit, you can request it at a cost. - For more people, you need to bring or hire another kit with our cleaning lady. Price: 100 reais (bed and bath kit for a couple) - We have free valet parking. However, there are no vacancies for all apartments. It's on a first come, first served basis. You have to leave the key. HOUSE RULES (Subject to a fine) - Check-in 2 p.m. - Check-out 11 a.m. - When you leave the apartment, close the window and turn off the air conditioning with the remote control. - We ask that you not lift the bed's storage box. - No smoking inside the apartment.
