The only Cottage on top of a hill overlooking the Brahmaputra. Perfect for Artists, couples, and small families. Listen to the birds during the day, crickets in the evening, and foxes at night. Live in nature's solitude and still get food delivered via swiggy and Zomato. 3 rules - 1. No drinking (Sorry. I had a major issue after a guest got drunk. Hence this rule) 2. Please wash the dishes after use. 3. Put your trash in the provided garbage bag. We will dispose it. The space There is a 4ft by 7ft bed that should be fine for couples. A third guest can use the attic. It is fully carpeted and there is a floor mattress and Pillows which will be the sleeping area. 2 wheelers can be parked inside the premises but 4 wheelers can be parked 100 metres away. Guest access Entire cottage and the 3000 sq ft area around it. In fact, the entire hilltop is yours as there are no immediate neighbours. Other things to note Sleep - The cottage is ideal for maximum 3 people. Sleeping area - 1. For the couple - Bed size is 4 ft by 7 ft 2. The third person can sleep in the Attic. It is fully carpeted and there is a floor mattress and Pillows which will be the sleeping area for the third guest. (Photo provided) Please note - there will be an extra charge of 450 rupees for the third guest. Food - Zomato does deliver and you can also cook your own food since all infrastructure is provided. Only request is to wash and clean all the utensils that you use. Road - The 1.5 kms stretch to the cottage is a mud road which is best accessed by private 2 wheelers/4 wheelers or by foot. Ola car service depends on the driver. Some of them won't be comfortable going up a hill on a mud road. In that case, the last 1 km has to be done on foot. In case you aren't comfortable driving your car up the hill, there is a parking facility. Cars need to be parked 100 metres away from the cottage. But it's a safe area for your cars. 2 wheelers won't face any issues and they can be parked inside the premises. Reward - The slight discomfort of accessibility in the last 1 km will be compensated by the blissful solitude, the rustle of the breeze through the leaves, and the bright full moon nights.
