Welcome to our charming cottage nestled in the heart of Les Éboulements, in the beautiful region of Charlevoix. Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, we offer an unforgettable experience in all seasons. Admire the mountain through the abundant windows and feel like you're alone in the world! At the end of the street, enjoy 16 km of hiking trails including 4 lookouts. The cottage is also close to several tourist attractions! A favorite is waiting for you! The space The main entrance is located near the terrace, find an open area including a full kitchen with a gathering island & a living room with 2 game stations (foosball & air hockey). This living room is equipped with a sofa bed. The ground floor also includes 2 closed bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed and 2 bunk beds (child size for children under 10 years old). The second is equipped with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds (adult twin XL size). A full bathroom (shower and freestanding bath) is located on this floor. Go up the stairs and find a 2nd complete living area. The floor includes a living room-kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 to 12 people. A wood-burning fireplace adorns the living room for a maximum winter experience (minimum wood for the stay included). This floor also includes a full bathroom (shower) and a mezzanine bedroom. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a single sofa bed. 2 terraces are at your disposal, one upstairs with outdoor furniture and one on the ground floor adjacent to the hot tub and BBQ area. This terrace also has an outdoor table that can seat 10 to 12 people. Guest access The entire place is available to guests, however the buildings adjoining the property are not accessible (sheds). Other things to note Our booking policy includes a $500 security deposit to be paid before arrival (Airbnb does not handle security deposits). Information on this will be sent to you by messaging following the booking. Let us know if you'd like to pay the deposit in Euro currency, we'll send you the Swickly link to make it easier. This is returned as soon as possible following the inventory and cleaning (maximum 3 days). Failure to comply with this policy will result in cancellation without a refund.
