This unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths as well as a beautiful pool and patio that is shared with one other unit. While it is a shared pool and patio, your unit has it's own roof deck, grill, dining, and lounging area just for your side of the property. Just minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Malmok & the lively Palm Beach/high-rise hotel area! The space The house is a brand new property completed in 2024. The property is split into two units that share a patio and pool. This unit includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom; as well as, a kitchen, living room, and dining area. While the patio and pool are a shared space, you will have 6 lounge chairs, a sofa area, a dining area, a grill, and a roof deck on your side that is only for your use. Refer to the overhead image of the patio in the "Additional photos" section for a better understanding of the shared backyard and the half of the space that is designated for this unit. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: How far is the closest beach/supermarket/restaurant? Is it walkable? The villa is located in the neighborhood of Noord. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find the beautiful beaches of Malmok, several of the island's top restaurants, and a couple small supermarkets with all the essentials you will need. While it is a short drive, the walk to the closest beach would be about 20-25 minutes. The closest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk. The closest restaurant is about a 30 minute walk. Overall, I would recommend renting a car or using taxis because outside of downtown Oranjestad, Aruba is not a very walkable island and there are not many sidewalks to safely walk on. Is beach equipment provided? Yes! The villa comes with beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers.
