The space Welcome to l'Authentique, a charming longère located in the village of Landrais in Charente-Maritime. Just 10 minutes from Surgères TGV station, 20 minutes from the beaches of Châtelaillon and 35 minutes from La Rochelle, the house offers the perfect escape for your holiday. From the moment you arrive, you'll be immersed in a warm, friendly atmosphere. On the ground floor, you'll discover a 45m2 living space with a kitchen opening onto the dining room where you can share convivial moments with family or friends. There is also a large 30m2 lounge offering a comfortable space for relaxing, as well as a shower room with toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space. The 1st floor is divided into two separate wings, each accessible by its own staircase. In each wing, you'll find a cosy bedroom with a double bed for a peaceful night's sleep, as well as a welcoming dormitory with a double bed and two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Each wing also has its own bathroom/shower room with WC, for absolute comfort. When you step outside, you'll be charmed by the huge enclosed grounds of 3,000m2 that surround the house, offering a bucolic garden where you can practise yoga at sunrise or simply relax to the sound of the birds. A private fenced pool invites you to cool off on hot summer days, while a terrace with barbecue promises unforgettable evenings under the stars. Quality bedding and towels provided. A cot and high chair are also available. Local amenities are just a 5-minute drive away, giving you access to all the facilities you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible (grocery shop, bakery, mini-market, tobacconist and chemist).
