This 102-year-old traditional building is available for rent as a whole. The 15-room wooden mansion offers a valuable experience not found in modern homes. We started with the idea of maintaining and preserving this special house for future generations. This carefully restored home not only feels historic, but also harmonizes beautifully with modern comforts. It has a large kitchen and all the appliances you need for a long stay. It can accommodate up to 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms, so even multiple families and groups can maintain privacy. Each bedroom has a theme that represents Japanese culture. Please rest in the room of your choice. The beds are made by Simmons and Sealy to provide a comfortable, hotel-like sleep. There is a large 120-inch projector room where you can enjoy video content as well as photos and videos from your travels. The scenic area and Seto Ohashi Bridge are about 20 minutes by car, and Uno Port, the entrance to Naoshima, is 35 minutes away. It is the perfect base for a road trip. There is a family with small children living in the immediate neighborhood, so please do not drink alcohol and make noise at night or watch movies at a loud volume. If you use the room inappropriately and it is significantly soiled, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee (50,000 yen). If any of the equipment is lost or damaged, we may charge you a fee (50,000 yen). If we confirm that the number of guests (including those who enter the room) exceeds the number of guests (including those who enter the room) by the end of the entire stay, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person.
