Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is secluded in the back with a great open patio area with patio furniture. It is big enough for families, friends and pets to hangout. The pool is located right in front of this property. The space This property is a ground-floor condo with access to the outdoor community pool, bbq grill, and the beach just right down the street. This property accommodates guests with a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom. This complex offers a great outdoor plunge pool with plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy. Beach and pool accessories are provided. Whitecap Beach is a 6min drive. Bedroom 1: Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that will allow you to sleep like a baby. Flat screen Smart TV. Pack N Play in closet (always in property). Bathroom 1: Attached walk in shower in Bedroom 1. Provides towels for bathing, a blow dryer and shower accessories. Bedroom 2: Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress to get a great nights sleep. Flat screen TV that provides Roku. Bathroom 2: Guest full bathroom. Tube and shower combo. Provides towels for bathing, a blow dryer and shower accessories. The Living Area: Offers a great lounge sectional. The Section turns into a Full size foam bed that can sleep an additional 2 guests. Flat screen Smart TV and Games provided for family entertainment. The property sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The Kitchen and Dining Area: Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table can seat 6 and the island bar can seat 3. Outside: You will have a furnished patio with seating to relax on after a nice day at the beach. A gas fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. It is a fenced in patio with plenty of room to enjoy and a patch of turf for your fur babies. We do ask you please pick up after your pets. 2 paddle boards and pool/beach accessories provided. Pool/beach towels provided during your stay. Parking: 2 reserved parking spots right in front of the unit. 4 guest parking spots available at the complex. What is provided: *All Kitchen essentials for cooking, eating, drinking and Keurig (dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods) *Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer) *Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray) *Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop) *Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as pool/beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! *Beach/pool towels provided Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. The beach is a 6min drive. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount code we offer after booking. Other things to note We have partnered with other local small businesses on the island, and when you book with us, you will receive great perks in the rental guide we provide (including discounts with golf cart rentals, beach rentals, grocery concierge, in home massages, boutiques, salons, and free appetizers at certain resaurants) *2 pets max are allowed at this property. There is a pet fee. Please add pets to your guest list on your reservation if your fur babies will be joining you. *You must be 25 years+ to rent this property. *This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property. *The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.  ($500 minimum fee) (Please see the "House Rules" "Additional Rules" section for additional details) *One exterior security doorbell camera is installed.
