This charming open-plan studio apartment overlooks the Sir Laurens van der Post Memorial Garden and offers comfortable accommodation in the heart of beautiful Philippolis. Thoughtfully designed for small families (parents with kids) who are happy to share one bathroom, it provides a cozy and convenient living space close to everything the town has to offer — making it the perfect base for your stay. It also features basic heat and eat facilities. I.e. a Small microwave and kettle. The space Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, two bedside tables and a wash stand. Upstairs bedroom 2: Two single beds, dressing table, desk and chair. Extra single bed option available with prior arrangement. Kitchen: Kettle, Microwave and Bar fridge. Crockery and Cutlery. Water, Coffee, Sugar, Rooibos tea, Milk and Rusks provided by host. Living room: One 3 seater couch and two chairs. Kist to be used as table and a Floor lamp. Bathroom: Shower, Toilet, Wash basin. Hand and Bath Towels supplied. Outside area: Table with 6 chairs, Weber for braai. Safe off street parking behind low gate. Guest access The Unit, Parking area and Seating area. Other things to note Unit uses Jojo tank and pressure pump. Pressure pump to be switched off when not in use. Make sure toilet handle is in upright position!
