The goal was to make it family oriented and to ensure that everyone who stayed could enjoy. This is a one bedroom with double bed and open concept bunk room with three double beds. Perfect for small families. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire basement loft living area (approximately 1600 square feet). "The Loft" which is the basement level (door is located straight ahead when you walk into porch) is where you will be staying. There are plans to have another unit called "The Manse" (door is located to the right) which is on the second floor and not developed yet. Both doors have an electronic lock pad. A code will be provided upon check in. Other things to note Parties are strictly prohibited and you must be 21 years old to rent space. Be careful when lighting wood stove as it sometimes smokes depending on which way the wind is blowing. If this happens open windows and doors for short period of time. LIght small fire first with the smallest amount of paper if possible. It resolves in a few minutes. Important to ventilate if this happens. Not a regular occurrence.
