Pointe Haven: our pontoon boat or yours or no boat

Your group will be close to everything when you stay here-Grocery store, gas station, restaurants and boardwalk! Canal is in backyard; North Channel, Canada, and the St. Clair River from the front. You can fish from the river or canal. It comes with or without a boat! There are 2 boat launches. The St Clair flats, largest freshwater delta in the world, and the St John's Marsh, a wildlife refuge, are near. Travel the waterways and you'll understand why Algonac is called the Venice of America. The space You are on a canal that leads to the North Channel, Lake St. Clair and the St. Clair River. There are 2 close launch sites-DNR and a free city launch to launch your boat. Lot size 495' x 45', so you have lots of parking and you have 35' of canal to park your boat! We also have a pontoon if you want to use our pontoon it is 490.00 a night and without 300.00 a night. Kitchen has everything you'll probably need, a grill outside is for your use. Bathrooms- newly tiled, Living room is full of windows for a great view! Bedrooms cozy and laundry upstairs!
