La Belle Etoile is an aparthotel consisting of a recent building with 2 bedrooms and 6 suites (see other listings) and one of the oldest Creole villas in Cayenne, Villa Soleil, which has been renovated and converted into 3 independent apartments all equipped and furnished. This listing's apartment is a studio located on the villa's 2nd and top floor. Featuring 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The space This very cozy studio of 33 m2 will charm you with its beautiful visible beams and period parquet flooring, giving it the spirit of a loft. Arriving at the top of the staircase that leads to this large studio located under the roof of this Creole house, you will discover: - to your right: a double bed and a living area with double sofa bed and TV. - to your left back: a 1-person sleeping chair. - on your left in front of you: an equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker with welcome capsules, and all the dishes and utensils essential to cook. A table with chairs form the dining area. - opposite is the door that leads to the bathroom: toilet, shower, dresser, wardrobe, safe, ironing board and iron, cleaning kit. We have installed air conditioning there during rehabilitation on Guyanese nights that are not fresh. During the day, we recommend opening all shutters to promote natural airflow. Creole architecture did not provide windows, only shutters. This loft apartment has this particular charm of Creole houses, it invites you to relax and rest. Guest access Villa Soleil is located in the heart of downtown Cayenne, on a quiet street. You can park your vehicle inside our secure courtyard for an additional €7 per night. Other things to note Free unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with Canal Satellite channels, linen provided (sheets and towels), welcome products in the bathroom. For long stays, we do the full cleaning every 7 days. On request and with an extra charge, we can do an extra cleaning or a linen replacement.
