General Rules: • 🚭 Smoking: Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. • 🔧 Maintenance: If repairs are needed, you must allow access to the property; otherwise, we are not responsible. • 🛀 Towels: If towels are missing, damaged, or permanently stained, a fee of $25 USD per towel will be charged. Condominium Rules: 1. 🏊 Pools: Glass jars are not allowed in the pool areas. Swimming hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2. 🗑️ Trash: Do not leave trash in the common areas of the building. 3. 🐾 Pets: • Pets must remain leashed or on a lead in the common areas. • It is mandatory to clean up after your pet; failure to do so will incur a fine of $100 USD. • Pets are not allowed in the pool area without their owner’s presence. 4. 💤 Quiet Hours: Silence must be observed between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 5. 🎉 Events: No events or gatherings are allowed without prior authorization from the host. 6. ⚠️ Conduct: Any aggressive behavior, verbal or physical, will be severely penalized and may result in immediate eviction. 7. 🚫 Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $300 USD. Violations: Any breach of these rules may result in fines or even a request for eviction by the management or the neighborhood association. Additional Information: • 🏡 Please note that our property operates as a vacation rental, not a hotel. Basic amenities are provided upon arrival (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, coffee, and water) but will not be restocked during your stay. • 🧺 Linens and towels will not be changed, but the apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
