Sonoran Desert Mountain Retreat

Panoramic views of the San Tan Mountains. Walking distance to the San Tan Trail Head. There are plenty of places to go exploring, hiking, cycling, horse back riding and to find the peace and relaxation you have been looking for. The property is secluded yet still an easy 5-7 miles from town. The space 1,600 sq ft house join 1,000 sq ft studio and 1500 sq ft rap around deck. An oasis in the desert that is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, watching the sunset or sunrise and star gazing into the vast night sky. There will be fresh linens and towels available for you to use. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite and a California king sized bed. The other two bedrooms have full/queen sized beds and share a bathroom. There is also a window seat in the living room that is about the size of a twin bed. There is a regular sized couch and a 2 chairs in the living room that are very comfy and cozy. The house is comprised of mostly wood floors and tile in the bathrooms. There are plenty of windows throughout so you can look out and see the amazing view of the mountains. Each room has it's own French door to welcome you out to the deck. Guest access You will have full access to the house and property. Some complimentary breakfast items will be provided such as fruit, bagels, juice, tea, coffee, etc.. There is a grill on the South end of the house you are welcome to use. There is also 2 fire pits outside where you can gather around and roast marshmallows. You can rent bikes at San Tan Bikes: 1745 W Hunt Hwy. Suite 101, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143 (about 7 miles away). MD Ranch will take you horse back riding through the San Tan Mountain Regional Park (seasonally). I will have a list of things to do for you. Including restaurants, experiences, etc.. that are near by. Other things to note Please remove your shoes before going inside to avoid wear and tear to the wood floors. There is limited cell phone service on our property (we use Verizon). There is a land line you are welcome to use. We have wi-fi internet available for you to use as well. We have a television you can watch Netflix or DVD movies on.
