Other things to note Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside the loft, as problems related to pets or cigarettes can interfere with the quality of the environment for the next guests, in addition to unforeseen damage. In your absence, even if momentary, of the space, we kindly request to keep the air conditioning off, and the lights, keeping the window closed (to avoid unnecessary energy expenses and/or possible damage from rainfall). We also request full respect for the rules exposed, ostensibly, in the elevators of the building, relating to the time of silence, and other rules supported by law. The condominium has space for waste disposal, both in the Garage (G) and in the Pilotis (P), always close to the elevators. We request to respect the specific guidelines set out in these locations: - Orange Containers: organic and non-recyclable garbage; - Blue Containers: recyclable, clean trash (plastics, papers, aluminum, packaging, etc. -Container Verde : Glasses or bottles only (empty and previously cleaned). About the cleaning fee: this fee includes the change of bed and bath linens, floor cleaning, and internal organization. It does not include cleaning of used utensils. Thus, when using any utensil, appliances, etc., be sure to leave them under the same conditions as they were found.
