Newly renovated cottage in historic downtown Washington. Less than two blocks from bustling Main Street, the hub of the arts and entertainment district. Where you can enjoy the restaurants, a distillery, a brewery, art galleries and many shops. From there you're only one block away from the scenic waterfront boardwalk on the Pamlico River. The space The Cottage recently underwent a full renovation, the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan create a spacious and relaxing living area. We were careful to preserve the historical charms while adding all the modern conveniences of today. The modern kitchen and large island make it both easy and convenient to cook or entertain in the space. The 55 inch TV and broadband wifi make it convenient and easy to stream your entertainment. Each of the two bedrooms have King beds with spa-quality sheets for total comfort. Both bathrooms are nicely appointed. The second bathroom has full size stacked washer and dryer. Guest access The entire property. Enjoy the front porch, the back deck and everything in-between. The Cottage in Little Washington is a comfortable inviting space through and through for our guests to enjoy. Other things to note Your pet is welcome but must stay off furniture to maintain cleanliness and to prevent damage. Please bring pet bedding or a crate for their comfort as needed.
