Sequoia: Pine View Trailer-Featured on HGTV!

This private cabin-trailer is located in Alta Sierra, separate from the main house and about 300 feet away. You’ll be 20 minutes from the town of Kernville, with restaurants, shops, hot springs, hiking, the Kern River, fishing, and rafting. The seasonal Alta Sierra Ski Resort is 15 minutes away. Our backyard trail provides direct access to Sequoia National Forest (not the park), and Greenhorn Park is just 4 minutes away. The space This beautifully renovated travel trailer with an attached sunroom offers a unique and comfortable forest retreat. The space includes a master bedroom, a small guest room with a futon, a desk, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a formal dining area, and a living room featuring a TV and an arcade game. The oven-less kitchenette is equipped with electric burners, an air fryer, a sink, refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. The trailer also includes both air conditioning and heat for year-round comfort. Outside, enjoy a café-style table and chairs on the wooden deck—perfect for taking in the natural springs and surrounding forest views. The unit sits on 5 acres with plenty of outdoor areas to relax, including a swing and hammock. The property is located at approximately 5,800 feet in elevation and is nestled within Sequoia National Forest, near giant sequoias such as the Trail of 100 Giants. Please note that the official Sequoia National Park is about a two-hour drive away. Guest access Guests have access to the private deck; hiking trails leading to the meditation tent, swing, and hammock; a propane BBQ; and trails that connect directly to Sequoia National Forest. Please note that the swing and hammock are not available during winter. Tub/Shower: Please note that the tub is for shower use only and should not be filled for soaking. If you’d like to soak, just let me know and we can schedule time for the hot tub (there are weight restrictions for the interior tub). Gym: Guests are welcome to use the gym located in the garage. Hot Tub: We have a shared 2-person hot tub. If you’d like to use it, please message us 3–4 hours in advance so we can confirm availability. Other things to note There are 5-6 stairs up to the cabin front door. Tub/Shower: Please note that the tub is for shower use only and should not be filled for soaking.
