Located in the lively University area, in a strategic position for visiting the center of Bologna just a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Easily accessible from the Central Station and the Bus Station (10 minutes). In the area, you will find several typical restaurants and places to go out. The space Inside the apartment you will find a bedroom (French bed) with a sitting area, equipped with a Smart TV, sofa bed, desk and wardrobe. The large fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a small entrance complete the apartment. The entrance is through the garden shared with the host. Lush vegetation ensures privacy and tranquility from the condominium courtyard and the street. In the garden you might meet Uma, my dog sunbathing. To prevent her from going out, it is important to make sure you always close the entrance gate. Guest access HOW TO GET HERE From Marconi Airport you can take the Marconi Express (People Mover) to the Central Station, and then reach the property on foot (about 10 minutes) or by bus 32 (2 stops). If you arrive by car, we recommend parking outside the ZTL area. Alternatively, you can take advantage of a parking space in the garage (€16 per night), providing us with the license plate number to obtain the daily ZTL permit.
