Located on the top floor, you can enjoy an open view from the terrace, and the rooms and facilities are spacious, making it a suitable accommodation for the whole family.😄 1st Floor (Living room, kitchen, veranda, laundry room, large room, 1 small room, 2 small rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 bathrooms) 🌷Large room: It has a queen-sized bed and wardrobe and is connected to the bathroom. 🌷Small room 1: Queen size bed, hair dryer, comb, and extra towels. 🌷Small room 2: A king-size bed is provided. 🌷Living room: 75-inch TV, air conditioner, large sofa, air purifier, dehumidifier, and table. 🌷Kitchen: Tableware, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, ice water purifier, coffee pot. 2nd floor (2nd floor living room, cuckoo room, outdoor terrace) 🌷Living room: table, small sofa, mini fridge. 🌷Cuckoo Room: There are tents and hammocks, so you can enjoy the camping atmosphere. 🌷Outdoor terrace: There are tables, chairs, outdoor slippers, and water facilities for 6 people. You can grill meat while enjoying the view, but it is absolutely impossible in winter. The space 🌸 Hosts prioritize cleanliness. We clean after you leave, do a double check by checking before entering the room. There is a staircase to move to the upper floor in the🌸 accommodation, so you should be careful of safety accidents. You can use it in an emergency situation with🌸 a first aid kit (band, ointment, etc.) and a fire extinguisher. Restaurants, convenience stores, karaoke rooms, cafes, PC cafes, and screen golf courses are adjacent to the accommodation. You can park in the complex when using your own car. Located in the heart of Taebaek City, it is within close proximity to several attractions and resorts and golf. Guest access You can use all facilities except the warehouse on the 2nd floor. Washing machine, dryer, clothes dryer, dehumidifier, air conditioner, air purifier, and WI-FI are available to provide a pleasant environment. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, kitchen detergent, body wash, toothpaste, and shampoo for the convenience of our guests. Other things to note 🙏The standard number of people is 4, and up to 6 people can stay. Additional people, including infants over 18 months, will incur an additional fee of 25,000 KRW per person and must be paid on-site. (On-site payment/visitors are also included in the number of people./Additional persons who are not agreed upon are not allowed to enter, and if they are violated, they will be removed and no refund will be given. Please give advance notice when visitors enter./cctv available) 🙏Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. 🙏The visitor is responsible for any loss of accommodation facilities and damage caused by the negligence of the guest, and must compensate for any damage or loss of facilities due to negligence. 🙏No smoking indoors and no pets allowed. (We will move out if you violate it.) 🙏If there is a smell of tobacco in the room, a cleaning agency will be used, and a cleaning fee may be charged accordingly. (Smoking can be done on the outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor.) 🙏Simple cooking is possible in the room, but cooking with heavy oil vapor such as meat and fish is prohibited. (Meat and fish can be grilled on the terrace.) 🙏Due to the nature of the apartment, you will be forced to leave the house in the event of an unpleasant event such as a disturbance or a loud noise. 🙏Before leaving, please do basic tidying up and simple cleaning (washing dishes, separate collection).
