This second story deck sleeping porch is customizable. It can be prepared in princess style for a mother daughter get away, red and roses for anniversary excursions, etc. The deck has full size bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, grill, power cord for charging phones or running a fan etc. It has an outside entrance down stairs with access to deck only. Includes use of guest facilities building which has showers, restrooms, laundry, and kitchenette. It is a 280 ft. walk from deck facilities.
