Charming house, "Laubie" is located on the heights of a small village (Saint-Jean de Duras) north of the Lot-et-Garonne, 35 minutes from Bergerac, 20 minutes from Monbazillac and 30 minutes from Marmande. Entirely built and decorated by me, with a magnificent traditionally carved frame, this house will offer you pleasant and relaxing moments, with its unobstructed view and surrounded by vineyards, a swimming pool, and a green outdoor space. Calm in the countryside!!! The space Built by myself, since 2012, 2024 is the first year open for rent, I am delighted to welcome you. This house consists of 3 large bedrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, open to a large living room of 100 m2, a living room with a view of the vineyards. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, you will have a terrace with all the necessities for your evenings (barbecue...). Also available are a ping pong table, a basketball hoop and a trampoline for children. An above-ground pool to cool off. Bed sheets are provided in the rental only for 7 nights. Towels, bath sheets not included. Nightly rental available upon request (bed sheets will not be included). You will have access to the internet. Wi-Fi. Guest access The rental includes the entire house part, the "pigeonnier" is occupied by the owner. Other things to note The house has automated roller shutters in every room of the house. Swimming pool open from mid-April. The owner resides in the "pigeonnier" part.
