Please note that the home is professionally treated with monthly spraying and quarterly fogging, but a bug or two may still sneak in. We appreciate your understanding—this is a part of the natural environment and unfortunately, no refunds or discounts will be provided for occasional sightings. Please note our pet policy: 🐾 Pets are not allowed. For any undisclosed pets or service animals, there will be an automatic cancellation with no refund, plus a $500 cleaning fee to address any potential damage or allergens.
