Please no parties or unauthorised guests allowed at any time. There is no smoking or illegal substances of any kind inside the home. A note on community amenities: The unit has it’s own washing machine with complimentary detergent. There is a communal dryer within the apartment complex that costs $3 and takes one $1 and one $2 coin. Additionally, guests can find a place to put recycling and food scraps sit under the kitchen sink. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage, or should anything break during your stay, please advise me as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damage fees and reporting to AirBNB.
