Casa Oasis Avandaro. A few minute walk to the center of Avandaro and the shops and restaurants. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, very private. Great for families. We have someone who will keep the house clean while you are there included in the price and if you want meal service she can make your group their meals for 350 pesos per service. There is a private pool in the backyard. There is also a jacuzzi, a full BBQ area, indoor and outdoor dinning, gas fire pit by the pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor shower and bathroom (see other details note below for cost of gas for pool and jacuzzi heat) On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living area with TV, a main floor bedroom with private bathroom. Full sliding doors opened to the pool. Wood burning fireplace in the living room . Half bathroom We have room for 3 cars We have a kids rooms with beanbag chairs and an XBox Karaoke machine and board games in the family room On the second floor is a kids room with two bunk beds, double beds down and single up. There is a sliding glass door. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and full bathroom, plus a sitting area. Next bedroom has two queen beds and shares a full bathroom with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 has a king bed. Bedroom 6 has a king bed. We have a portable crib for babies as well. Several board games plus wifi for all your devices During your stay we have someone on property who will clean for your group. If you would like a meal prepared is 350 pesos extra paid directly to her. Note she lives in the service area of the house and is part of your reservation. Only cooking is extra. The house is accessed by a private gate to the street with 5 houses (see the photo) and a person who manages the gate and outside of the properties every day except Wednesday. Note the condominium group has a quiet policy after 11 pm. Any music or loud conversations will need to be moved inside the house after 11 pm.
