Welcome to our house in Platt Park, one of Denver's most walkable and charming neighborhoods! From our place, walk minutes over to some of the best restaurants/shops/nightlife in town on Pearl Street or South Broadway, jog to “Wash Park,” or head 10-15 minutes to explore downtown Denver & much more! Once back home, relax in our bright, inviting, fully updated house complete with fully renovated kitchen, 9’ ceilings, captivating design, and modern touches. The space Built in 1912, and recently fully renovated top to bottom, our bright & airy home offers historical charm balanced with modern features, functionality and design. The welcoming space features 3 Bedrooms, 3 full Bathrooms, a beautifully renovated full kitchen, natural light, an entertainment space with 75" TV, and a quaint fenced-in backyard! Please be cautious with systems, particularly plumbing, and be gentle with them. Don't flush anything other than toilet paper. Bags for feminine products and other non-flushable items are located in each bathroom. Additionally, we ask for your understanding of the occasional squeaky door with weather changes, drafty windows, etc. We've done our best to create a comfortable environment for your stay, but the house is simply... 113 years old. We trust you'll enjoy everything this place has to offer nonetheless, but let us know immediately if any questions or concerns arise - we are here to help! The house has ample free on-street parking - just keep an eye out on the signs that indicate monthly street sweeping days - park just across the street on these days to avoid a ticket! Guest access Private space, except locked storage areas and garage Other things to note NO SMOKING/VAPING Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine (minimum $1,000). Guests may smoke or vape outdoors. NO PARTIES Airbnb regulations prohibit parties of any kind. Parties and/or undisclosed guests are subject to reservation termination without refund, per Airbnb policies. A fee (minimum $500) will be applied to your reservation for any noise complaints during quiet hours and/or additional thorough cleaning. Additional damage charges may also apply. NO PETS No pets permitted. If any undisclosed pet is brought onsite, a cleaning fee (minimum $500) will be assessed. FIREPLACE The fireplace is NOT functional and is for decor only, not for use. LAST MINUTE CANCEL/EARLY DEPARTURES Regrettably, we do not offer refunds in part or full for last minute modifications, cancellations, or early departures from your reservation. We highly recommend purchasing Airbnb - or other - travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of illness, weather events, or other unexpected issues that may arise.
