This house is in a prime beach location with 5 parking spaces! Conveniently located down the street are kayak rentals allowing you to explore the nearby sea caves full with marine life. Take a stroll along the scenic coastal pathways, or enjoy the proximity (less than 5 min walk) to the restaurants and shops for entertainment! The space - Walk to the end of the block and across the street and you're at the beach! 3 minute walk (back porch faces the beach). - 5 minute walk (3 blocks) to main street (Avenida La Playa) where you will find a variety of restaurants and shops - street parking is the only option and it is very limited so this location is very convenient! - 4 minute walk to Kellogg Park Playground and grass area. - Multi-level home with stairs and baby gates on both levels for your peace of mind. - Upper level: Master Bedroom with full bath/walk-in-closet and partial ocean view, Kitchen, Dining table, living room, BBQ and dining patio, back Patio with partial ocean view. - Lower level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, (1 bedroom has a bathroom next to it and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom - Jack and Jill) TV room/playroom and laundry. -Parking for 5 cars in large driveway. - Entryway contains sand box for kids to play, also boards and beach toy storage area. - The house has A/C in the upstairs common area and master bedroom. Downstairs is always cooler and we have fans available for all bedrooms. - NO SMOKING permitted on-premises - Pets upon approval - All guests must be 25+ unless family groups - ID verification and credit card are required - This house is in a residential neighborhood - outside quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am - Airbnb has a strict NO PARTY RULE - Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size. Only authorized guest are allowed in the property. A minimum of $1,000 fine will be imposed, per the City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance. - All guest must provide their information at the time of booking and their profiles must be added to the reservation under "share trip". Only ID and credit card verified guests will be allowed.
