A cozy apartment that can be booked at any time of the year. It is equipped with everything you need to live and enjoy a peaceful vacation: Wi-Fi, television, kitchen, washer-dryer, among other things. It has a room with two single beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and a large balcony overlooking the sea and a charming lagoon. Nearby, you will find shopping centres, the historic centre, restaurants with a wide variety of food, and best of all, we are close to the airport. The space One-bedroom apartment with two single beds and a TV, closet, ironing board, clothes hangers, a main bathroom with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel, and a simple bathroom with pool towels. There is a living room with a sofa bed and two bar chairs located on the kitchen island that serves as a dining area. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a blender, a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a set of pots, dishes, glasses, and cups. In the laundry room, there is a washer-dryer and cleaning supplies. Balcony we find two comfortable chairs to enjoy a cute sunset and a hammock for a short break. Other things to note You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Auto Check-in a. NO GUESTS ALLOWED: Once the guest list has been submitted, no changes, additions, or modifications will be accepted. To enter the apartment, you must present a physical government ID in the building lobby. Minors without their parents must present an AUTHENTICATED parental consent form and the original physical birth certificate document, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter. b. ACCESS BRACELETS: These bracelets will be provided at the lobby upon check-in. Each bracelet has a lower cost [approximately $5 USD / 20,000 COP] that will be paid at check-in, and for safety reasons, each guest on the reservation must use one to access the building and its facilities. c. Hotel-style energy-saving system: The apartment has this system. A $60 USD fee will be charged if the card is lost. d. FREE SMOKING AREA: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment for safety reasons. We invite our guests to use the designated areas outside the building for smoking. Avoid a $100 fine. Any damage caused or missing item in the property's assets must be notified and will be charged.
